        What is the average time it takes to buy a house?

        6. THE NEGOTIATION

        7. INSPECTIONS

        Home is inspected. We then negotiate repairs, accept as is, or move on.

        8. MANAGING THE DETAILS

        We manage all the details necessary to get you to the closing table.

        9. APPRAISAL

        Depending on availability, this may be sooner. If appraisal comes in low we again negotiate, or are able to move on.

        10. CLOSING

        You will receive keys and become the owner of your new home, yay!
